One 2 One Nordic Walking sessions or even One 2 Two, are geared around focussing on you and working to help you attain your goals. Whether your goal is Weight Loss and fitness and just Well Being, Nordic Walking will help you achieve that goal.
I charge an hourly rate that can be divided if there are two of you and an additional charge will be incurred for each additional person in your group.
